About Wayne: Wayne’s strong desire for self-employment saw him start up one of the first plastic welding businesses in Queensland, as well as inventing the 'Dashmat' - a successful business turning over $3 million a year.  As a coach and mentor, Wayne now focuses on helping other business people overcome the hurdles he experienced while building his businesses. Wayne is currently a Director of the Logan Office of Economic Development.
